How to Make Pilau

  8. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with some chopped cilantro, parsley, mint, or scallions. You can also add some roasted nuts, dried fruits, or fried onions for extra crunch and sweetness.
  9. Serve hot with some salad, yogurt sauce, chutney, or pickles on the side.
