    Step 1: Download and Install TouchOSC Bridge

    On your computer, right-click on the TouchOSC Bridge icon in the system tray or menu bar and select Preferences. This will open a window that shows the preferences for TouchOSC Bridge.

    In the preferences window, click on MIDI Ports. This is where you can configure the MIDI ports for TouchOSC Bridge. MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface, which is a protocol that allows you to send and receive musical information between different devices and applications.

    In the MIDI Ports window, you should see two lists of MIDI ports: one for input and one for output. The input ports are where TouchOSC Bridge receives MIDI messages from your music software on your computer. The output ports are where TouchOSC Bridge sends MIDI messages to your music software on your computer.

    To use TouchOSC Bridge as a MIDI controller for your music software, you need to enable at least one input port and one output port. To enable a port, simply check the box next to it. You can enable as many ports as you want, depending on how many MIDI channels you want to use.
